We do not require appointments to receive our services. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for shorter wait times. 

You can book an appointment at Fallen Angel by visiting our website and filling out the online booking form, or by reaching out on our socials. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

 You must be at least 18 with valid ID. Minors can get  most piercings with parental consent and proper documentation. You will need to bring physical copies of the Parent or Guardian's government or tribal issued ID, the minor's birth certificate, and a photo ID for the minor. This can be a state ID, a school ID, or tribal ID. Please call us ahead of time if you have any questions about acceptable forms of ID.

 We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards. Tips are appreciated and can be made in cash or electronically.

 We only use our professional-grade jewelry to ensure safety and proper fit.

Healing times vary depending on several factors, including the location of the piercing and your continued care at home. Lobes can take 6–8 weeks, cartilage and other piercings may take several months. We’ll provide full aftercare info during your visit. 

Yes! We carry high-quality piercing aftercare products from Dr. Piercing's to support your healing process. You will receive complementary aftercare with every piercing service, and it can be purchased separately if desired. 

 Eat a good meal, stay hydrated, practice good hygiene, and avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications 24 hours before your appointment. 

 We exceed health and safety regulations, use hospital-grade sterilization equipment, and practice universal precautions at all times. 

 For safety reasons, we do not perform tattoos or piercings on pregnant or breastfeeding clients. 

 Yes! Our piercers are fully licensed, and we use only sterile, single-use needles and implant-grade titanium basic jewelry.
